All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Continental U.S. shipping only.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or restocks. Sometimes needed products from our vendors might be backordered and may take time to receive. While we try our best to keep things in stock or get things as soon as possible, it is not always within our control. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by carrier and destination but typically range between 3–7 business days within the United States.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

During periods of extreme heat, shipments may be delayed to protect product integrity. We are not responsible for damage caused by heat exposure once a package has been delivered.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

Product availability is subject to supply. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase due to supplier limitations, the customer will be notified and offered a replacement or refund.
