Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The original packaging

  • The shipping label

Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside of the 5-day window will not be approved.

If your claim is approved, a replacement will be issued.
