Things To Know
Wax Information:
Natural soy wax and soy blends may occasionally develop “wet spots” or slight variations in appearance (including color). This is a normal characteristic of many natural waxes and occurs as the wax expands and contracts with temperature changes (I.E. room temp, shipping temp).
Our clear glass vessels intentionally showcase the natural beauty of the wax, which means these subtle variations may be more visible than in solid-colored jars that conceal them. Unlike many large commercial candles made of other blends and stabilizing additives, our candles are hand-poured using natural waxes that may show slight visual changes over time. These variations do not affect the quality, safety, or performance of the candle. They will fix themselves—usually within the first or second burn.
Our candles are designed to create an atmosphere. They are crafted to enhance a space, not dominate it with over-powering fragrances.
They are carefully hand-poured, not manufactured, and are subject to natural flaws.
We can’t all be perfect, but we try.
Each scent was thoughtfully chosen and created by the founder (whose nose needs a rest).
Our scents are not copies of or inspired by any other creators or companies.
Burning Suggestions:
Our 10oz. jar candles are meant for smaller spaces, like a bedroom, bathroom, library or office, not a large living space. Although, a larger size will come along shortly.
For the best performance, we suggest that you let the melt pool reach the edges of the jar on the first burn. DO NOT burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Our scents continue to develop and deepen over time, so please replace the lid after the wick has cooled to help preserve the quality of your candle.
Pro Tip—
Remember, after awhile your nose may develop some fatigue, so you may think the scent has faded. Call a neighbor for a visit (or a cocktail).
They’ll notice it!
